An Amazing Love: A Free Gift for You
Have you ever wondered about true love? A love so big and so pure that someone would do anything for you? That’s exactly the kind of love God has for you.
Before anything else, God loved you so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, to live here on Earth as a human being, just like us. Why did He do this? Because He saw that we all make mistakes in our lives – we call these “sins” – and these mistakes separate us from God. God hates the sin, but He loves us.
Jesus came to bridge that gap. He died on a cross to pay the price for all your sins, past, present, and future. He did this out of pure, unconditional love for YOU.
But the story doesn’t end there! Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead, showing that He has power over sin and death. Because of this, He offers you an incredible gift: eternal life. This means living forever with God, in joy and peace.
How do you get this amazing gift? It’s simple: by grace through faith.
• Grace means it’s a free gift. You don’t have to earn it or be good enough for it. God gives it to you because He loves you.
• Faith means you simply trust and believe in Jesus. Believe that He died for your sins and rose again. Believe that He loves you and wants to save you.
The Bible gives us a clear way to accept this gift in the book of Romans:
” if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
To accept Jesus as your personal Savior means agreeing with God that you are a sinner and Jesus died for you and choosing to trust Jesus alone to save you.
If you believe in Jesus and accept His gift, you will be saved! And not only that, but God promises to be with you every step of the way. He will guide you, comfort you, and help you through life’s challenges.
It’s a wonderful journey, knowing that the God who created everything loves you personally and cares about your every step.
